Nope. I tested it and you don't. It's only unlockable by editing the file server side. I tried to unlock it with a split screen MP editor and the results are no 10th spinning emblem. I've tried basically everything and the file is server side. That's why it's impossible to get offline.

The spinning 10th was a devoloper emblem. Not ment to be unlockable for the public. So the only viable method (without cheating) would be to a devolper of the game. This was not "Lazy Coding" or "A security Measure".

I thought it was a developer emblem too but they never clarified that. They actually had some fun with it. Look at this tweet I found:

Too many people was complaining about how hard that emblem was. S they put a patch in to where you can never unlock it. So the people that really wanted it kept on playing. Giving IW most play game of all time (In its time).
