Hi, it's AtH1337, here to tell you that the MW2 spinning emblem is not un-lockable. It's a bluff. Many people have tested everything, and there seems to be no result. I've been looking around the internet, and people have looked at the codes of the raw file and it reads this:
"level 70 and pr_marksman_ak47_4"
It means you need Veteran IV for the AK47 and be level 70. There is no Veteran IV.
Maybe the file wasn't supposed to be in the game. Sources say that the file was created at the start of the game, and was included in a list of files for every single gun's GOLD camo. (Later used in Black Ops I presume) I'm guessing that they messed up and accidentally put the file into the game, making it unlockable yet the see-able. That's why some people actually have it. It's because past challenge lobbies could unlock anything simply by entering the files server-side and editing them. Now, the challenge lobbies just amplify the amount of kills you get or headshots. 1 kill = 2500, 1 headshot = 1000. (May vary, the kills can be multiplied too) No IW developer has told us if it is unlockable, they just keep humoring us by telling us to "figure it out ourselves." I guess this means they just want us to continue playing on and on until we find something that may never have been there in the first place. I have one question for you: Is the 10th spinning emblem unlockable?

EDIT: I meant legitimately. I already stated that some more advanced lobbies can unlock it.

I said challenge lobbies, not system link. System link is a whole other animal. Who did it for you though? What patch was he using? It really all depends.

i have always been told you unlock it through completing EVERY prestige challenge so 1k kills with chopper AC130 etc... But i guess idk?
