Games Saves Not Working Fixed?

Hey TTG, shortly before the new Minecraft update I stopped playing because three times in a row I would be working on a map for a few days, each having a lot of stuff built then when I would save the game and start playing the next day, I would load up my map but it would put me a different world with nothing built. Its done that to me three times even on my last map that I did not mod.

So I was wondering if that has happened to anyone else before the patch and if the new patch has fixed that?

I just simply don't feel like playing Minecraft anymore, putting hours and hours into a world if my saves are not going to work properly.

well when you spawn or die you go really far from your place /:

so place a bed so you can spawn there Smile

No thats not the problem, when I start playing the game again and load up my world I have nothing but a map in my inventory in a new world. I tried reloading the my world but it does't work.

Hmmmm, that is very peculiar. I have somewhat the relevant same problem. When I saved my world and come back to it, while it loads it just freezes. All I can say is try saving regularly or try backing up your save. I know it sounds cliche but I guess we have to Sad All I know is that I am going dark on minecraft until the new updates come out. Creative mode and A LOT more bug fixes.

Yea most of the time when ever I finish a big project like a huge mob grinder, wheat or cactus farm I will usually make a back up on my main hard drive or computer. I'm also kind of thinking my flash drive could be the cause of my problems. I've had it for a long time and I've had other games screw up while using that as a storage device.

Sometimes the gamesaves corruptband then it cant save
