Nope, I am stating that changes need to be made to their system. One being that you can appeal with the XBLPET team, not a court, that you didn't break the ToS.

Second off, they can't give you a general reason as to why you can no longer access XBL, they need to state what it is SPECIFICALLY what you're banned for.

That is what I am trying to show the community that if you are wrongfully banned, like in my case, that you should be able to able to do something about it weather it be to a true court, or just a XBLPET appeal team.

I also however, think evidence needs to be provided upfront as to why you were banned.
