I am 99% positive this will not work(read below why i wouldn't believe it would work), however these would be the steps:

1. Create the profile on a retail xbox and make it a gold member.

2. Go to memory move the profile to the usb.

3. Move the profile from the usb to hdd on the jtag's hdd.

4. Turn off auto-sign in.

5. Get a fresh unbanned kv and flash it.

6. Go back into xex menu load mw2 and then sign in via the game.

7. Your online.

Some evidence that your theory is supported:

Back awhile ago, i am forgetting the name of who it was, but a global moderator said that it's an error on m$ part, that it would be patched with in a week if released.

Darkdreamer requested for kvs before hosting lobbies.

Some one mentioned, dont remember who as well, that we need to look right infront of us. Well that "sign into xbox live" is right infront of us, however so is our retail.

When you sign into Xbox live via the game your obviously signing into Xbox live, it would be foolish for m$ to forget the checks. It probably doesn't make a difference weather you sign in via game or else where the checks would still apply.

Im assuming not a proxy but a DNS im sure DNS can be used to block patches on PS3 changing DNS settings can allow the user to block Firmware Updates i am trying to figure it out and im sure Hes using The DNS if its the case to some how block patches checks and getting banned.

You just opened my eyes if i do find a way to get it online and now if i do figure it out i promise you i wont release it it will only go to a selected members if i even do find it and figure it out but right now i am not sure if im on to something or not.

I completely agree with not releasing it. But it has to be code because I did not know of him being online RIGHT after the update so thanks.

From all the stuff you are saying about proxies and DNS servers etc.... There is literally NO HOPE for this thread... Why talk about jtags if you know nothing about them... Eaton is past TU7 because he has the files for it... TU7 is nothing but a patch... Jtags will probably never come back online... All we have is system link... I know its not the proxy im just figuring it out and i know TU7 is just a patch but that isnt the matter right now i am stuck.

By what your saying your saying what i am doing is impossible and your saying i cant do it just because i dont know alot about it i can tell you i do know about KV's and that what i am saying is im not an expert but i do know somone in real life who is so do not try to give me that talk now just cause i am actually trying to do something about getting the JTAG online have you ever thought about doing this or coming up with this theory IDC if im not that much of an expert im not a leach either the way you said that your calling me a leach i know what editing and what checks are i just need to know a little more and again atleast im trying.

Thanks but i'm older than 11 , and I've just noticed how proxy or dns would not help at all. The jtag would pass the blocks (if it were possible) but the retail would not beable to. And I do have a jtag. My mommy got it for my birthday
