Don't you hate it when you are in General Discussion or somewhere similar and there's always a flaming icon topic with over 10 pages or so. To be honest I hate it, each time you refresh the page there still on top and they stay there for at least a couple of days. Most of the topics are subjected like... "Whats Your real name?".
I hate those kind of topics. Here's some examples of pointless topics with get spammed and viewed most by the members of TTG:
I don't know about you guys, but this is pointless to this website, I know this can be allowed as it's in "General" Discussion but I think most of us will agree of the fact this is taking up most of the space on the forums. I don't mind seeing hot topic's which are GFX Shop's but not random out of the blue questions.
If you want to know someone's age so much then check out their date of birth on their profile and not by making a topic. I don't see why you want to know their favourite color, what their GF looks like etc etc etc. I never really contribute to this types of topics as there's no point. Most members post on them to get their post count up. I saw a hot topic earlier which has the topic author triple posting to bump it... Pretty sad right, it's not like you topic is contributing in any way.
We are a gaming site and not a site which really needs to know your favourite colours...
I just felt like I needed to get this out of the way as It's been bugging me for a while now. Maybe if it was a release of a valuable modding program of some sort then I wouldn't really mind.
I seem to see most of our new members lacking intelligence (No offence) because they actually would rather reply to something like those types of topics rather than helping a member our or replying to something worthy.
I don't have anything against anyone, I'm not looking/aiming this towards anyone in particular, just trying to discuss this a little.
Please leave your comments, rant and talk about the way you may feel about this.

this does annoy me, but the thing that annoys me more is when people make pointless posts about you. I see a few a week about oh gawd uzi deserves awesome, or everyone go thank uzi's topic on xboxmb so he gets staff. Idk if you are telling them to do it but i see it way to much man

its getting out of hand and really whats the point of them making it for. It just make them look bad in the long run..

Yes I also know that :facepalm:
I sent him a personal message, I mentioned that I take no responsibility for his actions, I knew maybe this will backfire onto me again and members will decide that I'm asking for it. It's because I'm too kind to members, they start to become part of my army and PM staff asking if I should get a badge, thanks for comments guys.

Yea haha, the only reason I'm first to post on it is because they always either link it to me via shoutbox, PM, aim. That's the only reason, they always tell me they have posted it, I remember the XboxMB one, it was quite funny but then got boring and looked like I was acting like a try-hrad, that decreased my chances of staff and also made me look bad.
