i have been banned i have not boosted i have not modded im an active member of The tech game and i know about all mods and exploits and i also know the consequences thus i am not stupid to think i could get away with anything i recall one time about 48 hours ago where i joined a public match and got 1 kill and it gave me 52000 k exp and then left after i realised what it was so if i was banned for joining a public lobby on your servers and then you ban me for that it seems outrageous its a public lobby i did nothing wrong if anything perm ban the people that caused these infections i am so angry about this i paid good money for your game and then you stop me from playing multiplayer which is the only feature i brought the game for i want this sorted out as soon as possible and if the ban carrys through and i do get reset i will be taking this further as i feel that me joining a public game that has an infection then banning the people some might join on purpose others by mistake its mind boggling mass banning innocent users my xbl gamertag is karlito1987

Thank you for contacting Activision Customer Support,
Activision has absolutely no access to the servers that store both profile and ban information. Unfortunately you will have to wait out the ban. If you honestly got 1 kill and left the system will not reset your stats, so long as you left the game upon noticing the incorrect XP multiplier. I do apologize for the frustration.

i have to wait the ban out thats ridiculous its YOUR GAME but i dont have access, what a joke this is not a fair way to treat your customers if i had done something wrong then fair enough but this is a joke there must be a way to have a look into the case and release the account on there being nothing wrong if you cannot then activison really needs to sort out there customer support
ive never seen this happen with other games such as medal of honour 1st off how can you allow the game to be so flawed 2nd saying "ill have to wait out the ban" after i paid money for your product then have been stopped from using it for no reason and no fault of my own is crazy i want this resolved asap im not a child you cannot just say to me wait out the ban im very angry and disturbed at the response i have received

take the facts into account

I JOINED A PUBLIC GAME ON YOUR SERVER
SOMEONE MODDED IT WHICH IS NOT MY FAULT
I REALISED WHAT WAS GOING ON AND LEFT
THEN I GET BANNED FOR SOMETHING THAT WASNT MY FAULT
THEN GET TOLD TO WAIT IT OUT

this really needs to be sorted out a.s.a.p its not right i would appreciate a proper response this time taking all factors into account and a assurance that it will be sorted out

Karl,
I understand your concern and you must understand that it is not our wish to force this upon you. The developer has yet to give us a way to look into this information, you can attempt to contact them on their forums, but due to the lack of a support team, I would not expect a response with the next 48 hours. I have included the Treyarch Community Managers information below. Unfortunately, I can only speculate on whether or not, or when he may respond. I honestly wish we could help you further, but we do not have the resources to manually check the servers for user information.

i should not have to do running around and contact JD2020
who probably gets 1000+ pms daily why can avtivision not contact them on my behalf as a request via activison is more lightly to get a fast response rather than a pm from some unknown person

so you as a company take no responsibility this is a joke i know you could do something to sort this out your just not for some reason its beyond ridiculous its like you dont want to help out your customers even tho its us that keeps the company alive just referring me to a link or saying wait it out is not good enough i would ask you submit this thread to someone more senior as it seems you do not wish to help me with my request
