I've noticed everyone on here seems to think making a thetechgame.org website is some great thing. Here's why it isn't...
-They index poorly on search engines.
-They usually contain a footer linking to thetechgame.org.
-Most of the themes offered are tacky.
-PHP scripts are not allowed meaning so you can't have a decent blog/forum.
-Generally any interaction with the server is not allowed.
-To my knowledge, if you buy a domain with them it's locked to thetechgame.org.
-You'll rarely be taken seriously, especially by good potential clients.
If you want a website then stop being lazy and learn to make a good one. Or stop being cheap and pay someone like me or the few other proper designers here to do it for you.

Why would some1 pay for a website if they dont know it will go somewhere?
Start off with a free one then convert to .com or .net w/e

It's called giving yourself a professional image from the start. Would you walk into a job interview wearing some scruffy clothes you got free from a charity?
