i have an rgh just need some advise

i was playing on my main account via my xbox one and some using the distruction menu clicked on **** up account on my name how do i fix this i can join any games or anything ive uninstalled the lot

Easy fix though de rank yourself and then rank yourself back up again will work or if you have matrix that menu has a option to fix frozen classes
