How many times can you switch over an account from xbox 360 to your xbox one?

If your talking about transfer your character over to the Xbox one from the 360 is not possible anymore.

Character transfers are now disabled (R* confirmed that it would never be enabled again)

They saw the modding abuse and stopped it
It sucks for people just now going next gen or going to PC, but I believe everyone had a fair chance.
