The most I've seen someone do personally is post your full legal name and current address usually they get that by getting your IP I believe(don't quote me on this)

I wouldn't be bud, most people don't even know how and just try and say they do so you get scared.
Don't think that everyone is that way though. Just don't get yourself into situations like that.
I know sometimes it can be hard but just restrain yourself from crap talking and stuff thats why I don't play with my mic in public chat no more
