I am looking to build a home/office PC to do some reasonably intense spread sheet processing. I would like to keep Win 7 , and would like a reasonably fast/powerful CPU that will run Win 7 and not break the bank. I have a number of old systems so I have the basics in terms of PSU (300W) case ( regular(!) desktop Dell towers) as well as storage, -HDD, SSD and CD, so all I am looking for is a motherboard, with CPU and suggested memory.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
