Has anyone else had the issue where they complete all the steps & you're told " Loot Acquired " but then you load the game and you've not received the loot?

Because would really like some help figuring this out >_>

I watched your video it had pointed me in the correct location, although a little bit confusing as I stated on your post about this, but I appericate it none the less as it helped me resolve my issues and receive my loot.

Epic games are aware of this issue, it's an issue on consoles rather than PC.
It works for some people but 7/10 people it doesn't.

However in this case it didn't work for me (I also followed the video)
