Were these the parts you got RMA'd?

What beep code do you get if any? Did they replace any parts when you sent them back?

So many questions to be answered. Here goes;

If it posts, does it actually boot into an operating system?

What do you mean "flashed" Did you send it to MSI? If they flashed your BIOS, they must of been able to get into the BIOS.

There's a thread [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] which describes your issue and a couple of people have fixes. Try them.

How are you connecting from your PC to your monitor, assuming your using your GPU and not your motherboards display output since Ryzen doesn't have onboard Graphics

What have you troubleshooted?

Only 1 stick of ram
Reseated the CPU and cooler
With and without a GPU
Cleared the CMOS

Something is either DOA, or a problem with mobo. I'd get back onto the company you bought the products from and request another RMA but give them a bit of grief for it...

Did you only send the board back or the socket as well? Shame it doesn't have a Memok! button to scribble that one out.
