Well, im 6'4, 260 and i need to lose some weight i threw on over the 2 years lmao.

I just need 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches and 7 dinners that i can just repeat every week.

im giving up all drinks except water again

ps: i did not eat well over the past few months and im not going to the gym anymore. i have gym class and im noramlly out every night for 2+ hours of walking.

if u can suggest me some meals id appreciate it.

Breakfast - 2 raw egg yokes 3 strips of bacon an a glass of milk


Lunch - 2 granola bars , box of rasins , and a class of water

Dinner - Salad with bel pepper , cucumber . Shredded cheese , and a healthy dressing ,

Breakfast: Greek Yoghurt with oats

Dinner: Chicken/some sort of meat with brown rice etc, with some greens.

Tea: Whatever you fancy as long as you are eating in a calorie deficit.

Try not eat after a certain time in the evening also.

EDIT: forgot to add if you eat smaller portions more frequently your metabolism will speed up.

Dude, that is a horrible diet and pretty unhealthy. That's called starving yourself, not dieting.

I would recommend going to iifym.com and entering your height/weight and goal weight, and it will tell you how much to eat in order to lose the weight you'd like. I'd recommend only cutting 1-1.5 per or else you will probably be starving and/or feel like poop!

I'd recommend checking out Lean & Clean Food prep on Instagram (not sure if they have any other social media) but they do nationwide delivery and have a lot of options to choose from, all you have to do is look at what you like, order and the hard part is done! They do everything for you, it arrives in containers and whatnot.

Forgot to add, it's only in the UK unfortunately.

Yer man would be starving on that diet Blizzard haha. I agree with what mickers said if u want to find what calories you are supposed to eat then use the link below. Also if u add maybe a salad bowl into some meals it will make you full and salad bowls have minimal calories so would be a good addition.

Also once if gives you your cals to cut etc.. 2000 go to the website here type in your calories and it will give you the macro nutrients to eat..

so for example i entered in 2000 calories and these are the macros i would follow

250 carb
150 protein
40 fat

I followed the Military diet to lose weight. I also just Carb Cycled and lost alot of weight aswell.
