Just wondering if anyone has tried it and if it works. Im not a big guy by any means but I have a little extra fat at my bottom abs and it makes them less defined. Wondering if anyone who has tried the fat burners you can get at supplement stores.

wouldnt even bother. Waste of money on another natural supplement. Get your diet in check so that you are in a deficit for what you need per day and youll lose fat. About 2lb a week is healthy.

Diet diet diet. Fat burners are a waste. Make sure to eat a serving of fruits and vegetables with every meal and eat in a calorie deficit. Do some cardio if you don't lift already.

Carb cycling is insanely benefical, I've been doing it for ages and it has worked wonders.

Although, some users may disagree but I was using ketone tablets for weight loss and they did seem to show positive signs of fat loss so they're something to look into.
