As much as I don't want to become a weeb and watch anime... I recently watched a movie called Death Note and found out that it's from an anime... I was wondering if anyone has watched the movie and the anime version of it and can tell me if it is worth watching the anime version too.

The anime is way better than the Movie the Movie is horrible compared to the Anime.id watch it if you liked the Movie.

The Anime is incredible for 25 Episodes At least watch them after that its boring

I did quite like the movie of it even though a lot of the acting was terrible... The story line was pretty cool. I just watched the trailer of the anime and it looks exactly the same so I doubt I'll watch the anime, if a few more people tell me to watch the anime version then I probably will.

I loved it, sounds more fun in anime though.

You should give Anime ago mate, I first didn't see my self-watching it, but after watching my first Anime, I found it great.

Just like most transfers, the film is never as good as the original, e.g. Harry Potter < Books.
The anime is pretty awesome, for the majority anyway. There's about 37 20 minute episodes
and they all have gripping stories and a lot of entertainment. You learn a lot more about the note
as well as all the characters. The movie doesn't do the series justice so I would highly recommend
giving the series ago.
And if you don't wanna continue, then back out.
But i'm sure if you enjoyed the film, you'd enjoy the series.

Ok after reading the replies I'm going to watch the anime version. There's just one thing, where can I watch it at?
