So I've two questions here.

1. When you buy a game or something do you buy the shield ? I know what it does and all but do you buy it ?
2. When it comes to the VAT And you pick it which do you pick ? Or does it matter

I never buy off G2A so not sure

1. I've purchased heaps of games from G2A, never once have I used the 'shield' thing. It's basically used so if the key gets stolen (or is a stolen key returned) it acts as an insurance policy.

2. As for VAT...weeeelll.... [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Plus they add extra tax when you use PayPal which is BS.

I never purchase shield and all codes worked for me.

Hello,

I have come to answer some of your questions:

1. When you buy a game or something do you buy the shield ? I know what it does and all but do you buy it ?
2. When it comes to the VAT And you pick it which do you pick ? Or does it matter

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1) The G2A Shield is completely optional and you do not need it in order for us to assist you. The G2A Shield offers you a plethora of benefits such as 10% cashback into your G2A Wallet as well as priority pre-ordering when a new game comes out (meaning you can get a key 2 days prior to release) and much more. If you have any problems with the keys you bought, we will help you regardless of having the Shield enabled or not. If you want more info about the shield, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to share some information with you.

2) We always advise our customers to be trustworthy when using our website so selecting the correct VAT corresponding to the country that you live in.

If you have any more questions or comments, please feel free to send us a message on social media as well as contacting our helpdesk on the main G2A website by clicking on the "SupportHub" button. We are available 24/7 so please choose the most convenient time for you.

Best Regards,

Michael S G2A Team
