So I had gotten a brand new Galaxy S7 Edge just before christmas, and I managed to shatter it today.
I was getting in the front passenger seat of my roommate's car, and as I sat down it slid from my pocket without me knowing. In the unluckiest course of events, it managed to fall through the door frame as I was closing the door. I accidentally crushed it with the door while it was free falling in mid air... And it's just, demolished.
So, fml.

Should be fine for a RMA or warranty replacement if you are covered for that.

I feel for you man, don't suppose it's in its warranty? How much will a screen fix cost? Or is it more damaged than just the screen?

Not sure of the extensiveness of the damage yet. The pixels seem **** too, but I could still type through the glitched parts.

Well if you don't have a warranty let's hope you've only damaged the screen. When my phone screen broke it was also the pixels fkd but as soon as they replaced it, it was all good! Let us know how it goes:)

I know how you feel mate! I once shattered my Motorola G and since that day I can't stand to see a single dent or scratch on my phone(Also an S7).

RIP your phone bro. When i get in the car its normally my wallet that slides out of my pocket. I've had to replace 3 drivers license's and 3 bank cards all in 5 months
