Gameplay

Exactly like the game AA, Arrow Ambush is a strategy game where you will have to use all your focus to shoot arrows at a spinning target at the right moment. There will be other arrows on the target by default and yours but if you happen to hit another arrow with the one you shot the round will reset and you'll have to shoot each arrow again trying to get every arrow onto the target. There are 500 stages with each one having you use different strategies trying to complete them. Some stages may puzzles where you'll have to keep resetting trying to figure out the rotation of the target and finding the perfect tI'me to shot your arrow. At the end of each stage you will be given a rating out of 3 stars but from me playing the game I believe it gives you 3 stars no matter what (Or I just haven't figured it out) There is a leaderboards for how many stages you've completed that friends can see and try to challenge you. Arrow Ambush really takes on your skills for strategy and concentration which is why I completely fail at this game and why I'm only at stage 50.

Graphics

I find the graphics in Arrow Ambush are kind of boring. The whole game you're just looking at a moving target with a bright white background. Then there's the arrows you're shooting at which are just fully black. A suggestion they could have done to make the graphics less boring would be actually put detail into the arrows with maybe feathers coming out the end and detailed would with a sharp spear like at the front of it. Although the game is extremely fun I find myself quitting the game a lot because I start to get bored or it just feels like it's the same thing I'm looking at over and over again. A good thing is the game runs incredible smooth without any decrease in frames which is a good thing because it could lose your concentration on the game. I would have also liked to see maybe some effects when shooting a bow into the target such as maybe some sparks when it comes in contact with the board. Overall I found the graphics a huge disappoint but it is just a strategy game and played on your free tI'me.

Controls

Pretty sI'milar to every game on the stores these days. You will have to tap your screen letting arrows fly towards the target. You'll have to pay attention a lot and have just the right moment when tapping the screen or you'll fail right on the spot. You'll start out with easy stages allowing you to get a good feel of how the tapping works and delay on the arrows after you tap. Personally and hopefully you will have no difficulties with the controls in Ambush Arrow.
