This was a pc I recently purchased it lags a lot when even playing Csgo will getting a Radeon r7 help

Download a program called "Driver Booster 3" and check to see if your drivers are out-of-date.

Check if you graphics card drivers are up to date. Even the cpu drivers.

That's not a powerful machine, try turning down all your graphics settings to low and it should be playable.

That dosent matter the game should still run at 60fps as it is a very low demanding game.
