I would wait for 13 but why do you need a dvd writer? and how long until you build it because Zen is coming out soon at least thats what is speculated.

EDIT: Just realized you gave the specs to a pre built why not build one for that budget? And if not a pre built it is awfully close to this one

Who are you buying this from because they are very vague with their part information.

1TB HDD; what HDD in specific?
What about it's PSU?
6 Radeon R5 APU Graphics; sounds like an integrated GPU, which won't be running games at a playable level (unless you like playing pixel like games.)

I would avoid this build at all costs. No SSD. 1TB HDD is too vague. They didn't list what PSU is put in the system. GPU name doesn't ring a bell which makes me believe it's integrated. This is either a laptop or some desktop that should not be a thing.

What's your budget for the build and what currency are you using?
What are you going to be using the build for? Gaming, editing, work, ect.
If gaming, what games are you trying to play?
What resolution for your monitor are you using (if any?)
Do you need keyboard, mouse and an OS?
If you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse and an OS; are those included in your PC budget or are separate?
