So a few days ago I had the problem of xbox telling me I do not have gold and that I do not own certain games. This simply was not true I have 3 accounts on my xbox all for different games and for the purpose of farm accounts, now within those 3 accounts one of them has xbox live gold and is set as my home xbox, so in theory all my accounts on my xbox should have gold memberships. Well I did some investigating to find out that if you share games or gold on a xbox that the account that ORIGINALLY purchased the game or gold must be signed in at all times for those features to work.

Also this seems to only be the fix on consoles that are preview members. If you do not know what xbox live preview is to keep this short and sweet, people who are preview members get dashboard updates and other updates first as a way to test the updates before being released to all xbox live members. Now also let me remind you that I did not face this problem until a few days ago where I had a dashboard update, therefore I do not know if this is a current issue on non-preview members.

To finalize this though it seems xbox has finally realized that they where losing insane amounts of money from this "loophole" and It seems that they are finally taking action and fixing it.
