I hate being ignored in the shoutbox because I am "unknown".
It sucks that people who actually are "known" treat lower level users like garbage, they ignore them, act like they aren't even there.
It is sad because known users are supposed to set examples for less known members, when I get ignored it makes me want to get off the site and stay off, and that isn't good for the site that other members treat members like that.
I know this probably wont help anything, but I am just ranting.
Anyways, leave your opinions below, and no negative comments please, as I am only posting my opinion.

Didn't take very long for another topic like this to crop up.
I'm gonna refrain from posting on here this time around, too much drama fam. If it makes you feel any better though, it's more than likely because they don't know you, hence -- they don't talk to you. It's kinda like outside in the world, sure you can go strike up convo with a stranger, but ask yourself how likely it is you'd do that, and apply it to the shoutbox. Isn't likely, is it?

Maybe they ignore because you say irrelevant things in the shoutbox. I am nowhere near "known" but I talk about interesting/funny topics most of the time in the shout box and almost never get ignored.

I have been gifted Gold 3 times just chilling in the ShoutBox, Honestly if you just stay in there and either post funny things or ask people questions about something you'll usually get a response. But you also need to remember to stay active everytime you post it's a better chance of people getting to know/see you...

Everyone has to start somewhere, nobody just becomes instantly popular. Just find out what the general subject of the convo people are having and just join in mate, don't hesitate about it just gotta go with the flow!
