Id suggest watching gameplay and learn about the game and if it interests you get it, as it is a very good game to play.

If you're into a game with a learning curve, I definitely say go for it, once you get the hang of everything, it's an awesome game to play.

But #1 Rule of CSGO, don't spray.

This would be my first recommendation to anyone looking to buy a new PC game.

There are COUNTLESS hours to be played on this game, especially if you really start enjoying it, like I do.

If you enjoy FPS games, you'll like it.
If you enjoy competitive games, you'll like it.
If you like games with steep learning curves, you'll like it.

10/10 IMO.

Oh yes, its one of the best games there is for PC.
Especially if you're switching from Console-COD.
It's so much more balanced/fun. I enjoy it a lot.

I switched from console a while back I played a lot of BO2 competitively at a reasonably high level, I switched to PC and don't regret it... I now have 2000 hours on CSGO. Yes 10/10 worth it.

As everyone else said, it is totally worth it. The competitive mode also makes the game better, as you won't get bored. Obviously because it is a valve game, try not to open too many cases..
