If this post does well I will add the more and will make a video tutorial.
I made this post because I finally got tired of seeing speed arts being extremely long and boring. In this post you will get the the best recording programs, render setting, length ratios, and more. The programs and the way I teach how to do this may not be your preferred way but it works best for me.
What You Need
64 bit computer
Screen Capture program/device
Adobe After Effects
Sony Vegas Pro 12
4gb of RAM
What Is Recommended
Good Ideas
Wide Screen Monitor
Good internet to share your creations
Video
Steps
1. Have a decent idea of what you are going to make.
2. Get Adobe After Effects (There are tutorials on how to get it for free.)
3. Record your screen with screen capture or a capture card.
4. Open Adobe After Effects
5. Import your file.
6. Right click layer go to (Time > Time Stretch)
7. Put stretch factor under 6%
8. Add to render queue (Composition > Add to Render Queue)
9. Click lossless and change to H.264
10. Render your file.
11. Open Sony Vegas Pro 12 (There are tutorials on how to get it for free.)
12. Import Media (File > Import > Media)
13. Remove any Audio (Right-Click > Delete Track)
14. Add your audio from step 12.
15. Fade the beginning and end of video.
16. Render (File > Render As...)
17. Share your video

I wouldn't really say its an ultimate guide.
You didn't say any programs or tools you can use for recording.
You didn't cover any recording settings.

I would recommend Camtasia recorder as a good screen capture software.
You could also add some links to where to download programs/tutorials on how to download them?

Half the the "Screen recorders" you said in the video aren't for computer screen recording such as the Elgato, Hauppauge and the Roxio.. Those are for Xbox..

You can use them for your PC. You just have to have two PCs.
I do it every once and a while.
