Here is the letter that is to blame for the rumors and Youtube videos.

Notice the date Feb 07. I made the first tut on how to do Nos on Feb 14. Nos cars did not exist on Feb 07!!! This letter is therefore FAKE.

If it's the computer answering like fill out this forum they do end the letter with nothing. But if a person have answered you they always end the letter with
