This thread is about the current ban situation. As most of you know by now the 100k DNS got people banned within 24 hours. Rockstar is clearly not playing around anymore and there most likely pissed off. Shutting down the server to edit players money on there profiles was a huge deal. Now through DNS and modded missions there are money,RP and race unlocks. I would advise all to beware of doing missions that have high RP and money. I don't think this is going to go un noticed. At this time it would be wise to play safe. Trying new stuff as it comes out may not be the safe way to go.lol
If you received a recent ban this is the official response
We examined your account and determined that it had been flagged due to excessive stat violations related to modding GTA$.
We are targeting cheaters to prevent modded funds, items, and stats in GTA Online from ruining the gameplay experience for legitimate players. Repeated events may result in permanent placement in the Cheater Pool or loss of Online access.
A recent ban will end in 14 days.
Your money may be reset
Your rank may stay the same
Every thing you bought will stay

I did it cuz I wanted crew rank 35 for crew smoke then got banned

I did it 8 times, got banned, and I still don't regret it. If that's the only way that I will not be tempted to play that game then good. I want to play GTA Online, but it is extremely boring without friends playing with me and there is no efficient way to make money as of now with heists not yet out even though they should be. I think it will be a good step forward for me to walk away from the game until everything is released so that way I won't be tempted to cheat. It's sad that Rockstar hasn't really cared about being quick with pleasing players, but that's just the way it goes.

So true, car glitching and money glitches were and are the fuel to my gas tank when it gets low.

They havent really implemented anything new like heists and it does get boring after awhile, ESPECIALLY when your playing by yourself.

I hope so. Must of my friends are banned. No one has been able to confirm for how long though.

I see where R* coming from with being quick to ban people and fix their game but THE FIRST 1 MONTH 75% OF THE PEOPLE COULDN'T CONNECT AND THEYVE STILL DELAYED HEISTS!
