There's two versions of the Burrito van.

The 'Lost' gang version:

and the regular version:

The Lost gang version cannot be modified nor stored in your garage, but seeing as there are two versions of this vehicle...

Would it be possible to mod the spoiler, grill and mirrors from the Lost version on to the regular version? It would give the van the 'Lost' look without actually being the Lost van.

This is the only van that holds more than 1 passenger so it would be a cool vehicle to mod.

I'm 99% sure this would be possible.

EDIT: TURNS OUT THE REGULAR BURRITO CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR STORED IN GARAGE EITHER. SO THIS WON'T WORK

You can still get the regular Burrito online though, I found one the other day.

You can also store it in your garage as it's just a regular vehicle.

The Burrito is just a regular van, why on earth would they remove a regular van?

I'm not talking about the ones with writing on the side (although the photo in the original post may suggest that), I'm talking about one of these:

I should of watched the video with sound on I suppose.

I still don't understand why they wouldn't let us store an unmarked van that is literally just a van... It has no other use lol

You're definitely right. It cannot be stored or modified. I've been searching Google and there was this guy on a GTA forum who was specifically looking for one and he posted this when he found it:
