With the announcement of free games coming to Xbox 360 to all Xbox Live Gold subscribers, now is the time for Xbox Live Silver members to sign up as not only is it cheap for 3 months, you get a set of free games too every month.
Those who are Silver Members right now, they can spend $15 for Xbox Live Gold through the dashboard on their Xbox 360. When you sign up, the first game that you will be able to get for free is Fable III. If that is not the type of the game you usually play, you can wait for next month for Xbox Lives new free games that will be rolled out.
Ok to all those who are still clueless of what's going on with this thing that Microsoft is doing, here's a break down!
They mentioned two free games every month, once the game has been released you have until the end of the month to download it for free (or a 30 day time span to my knowledge)... in my opinion that's plenty of time to obtain the title. Now here's where some of you don't quite understand what's going on, they're only releasing one title on the 1st and one title on the 16th of EVERY MONTH until the end of the year starting in July. They are not releasing two titles at the same time and they are not announcing what titles are being released for free. If you would like to know what games are available for download for free, I will provide you with the proper link to go to for which you could check back onto every 1st and 16th of the month to see what was released!

What is Games with Gold and how long does it last?
We want to thank our existing Xbox LIVE Gold members and any new Gold members who may join during the rest of this year by providing two free game downloads a month from July through December 2013. In celebration of e3, we will also provide a bonus free game to download between June 10 and June 30, 2013!
Q. Is this only for new members?
Games with Gold is available to existing Xbox LIVE Gold members as well as new Xbox LIVE Gold members. To download the free games that will be available starting on the 1st and the 16th of any given month during the program period, you just need to be a Gold member at the time of redemption of any Games with Gold offering.
Q. Is Games with Gold available in my region?
Games with Gold is available in the following countries and regions: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
Q. What if I am on a 30 day Gold credit card trial?
You are eligible. You must be enrolled to a paid Gold Membership or a Gold trial that requires a credit card.
Q. What if I am on a non-paid trial and I go Gold during the trial period to take advantage of a free game offer? Will I get the game?
If you upgrade to Gold during the duration of your non-paid Gold trial, your Gold membership will not start until the end of your free trial. As such, you will not be eligible to download a currently offered free game until your trial period ends and your Gold membership begins.
Q: If I redeem a promotional Gold token, will I be able to download the free games?
No, sorry, you would not be eligible. You must be enrolled to a paid Gold Membership or Gold trial that requires a credit card.

Q. What kinds of games are included?
Games will be a mixture of fan-favorite Xbox LIVE Arcade and Games on Demand digital titles.
Q. What are the ratings on the games going to be?
Game ratings will vary.
Q: Why are these only Xbox 360 games? Is this going to be extended to Gold on Xbox One?
The Games with Gold promotion runs from June 10, 2013, to December 31, 2013. There are no plans to include Xbox One games in the program at this time.
Q. Will the titles be disclosed in advance of free game offers?
Game titles will generally not be disclosed in advance. You can always check whats the latest free game available on the games channel on your Xbox 360 Dashboard. Beside the bonus game that will be made available June 10-30, 2013, two free game downloads will be available monthly, starting on the 1st and the 16th of every month from July through December 2013.
Q. Do I get to keep the games?
Yes, once you download the games, they are yours to keep. If you ever need to remove a game from your console, you can download it again from your Download History in Account Settings.
Q. What happens if I miss a game?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to go back and download games from prior periods once a given free game download offering period has elapsed.
Q. Why dont I get two games in June?
The Games with Gold program officially starts July 1 and runs through December 31, 2013. In advance of that timeframe, we are making one bonus game available from E3 through June 30, 2013.

Hope this has cleared any issues with you, just trying to clear the air also I will keep an updated list of games available for Free by Microsoft!
Games For Free (These games are released and are available for only the month they were given free for to my knowledge, for example Fable III is available as a free download until June 30th, if it's a 30 day limit to download the game then I will update this topic with more proper information):

Well I said that this month is the only exception that the second game will not be released on the 16th it'll be released from anytime between now and the end of this month! The 1st and 16th starts up in July! but thanks guys!
