Synopsis

Madden NFL 13 is an American football video game based on the National Football League, published by EA Sports and developed by EA Tiburon. EA's Chief Creative Officer, Richard Hilleman, said that defense would receive various changes in mechanics and controls, one of the first known changes in the game.[3] Part of the Madden NFL series, the game was released on August 28, 2012. For the first time in the series, the game will be officially released in Brazil, due to the explosive growth of the sport in the country

Controls

Same as the controls for Madden NFL 12, for Xbox 360 they follow the same button option, if you are familiar with the Passing, Blocking, Tackling, swatting, and running, then this should be like a walk in the park. If you feel like you just can not figure out what button does what, you can change around the button sequence to your liking

Graphics

Have you ever felt like when you played a game you were actually in it well depending on the console you are playing on, it feels like a real life experience, the tackling was vamped so that you can actually see the players getting hit and feel the intensity. For the best graphic quality i would say play on a HD TV.

A new infinity physics engine was implemented, meaning no hits will ever be the same, much of the animated effects has been taken out in which when falling to the ground or getting sacked its more realistic then animated

Multiplayer

There has been drastic changes in the passing game, defensive plays and defense and offense coverage, with that being said gamers can now lead their superstar players to be put in a position where regardless of being covered, their is a higher chance of the ball being caught. As you may noticed every Madden game that comes out interception has became very easy, well in this game it's no different interceptions and swats are fairly easy. When the roles change and the computer is on defense then the awareness of the defense is not as strong meaning that the ball will only be swatted when seen.

There is an all new Career feature which allows you to either choose to manage a coach through out the season, or you can choose 1 player which he is the only one you control for the rest of the season something similar to the NBA series. If you are tired of the coach/player you are using you may choose to retire them and start with someone fresh

Rating (Personal)

I would have to say that Madden 13 is the best of the series with the physics system being a main reason, what more can you ask for then to have the impact sparkle and show out when making a impressive hit? For Tim Tebow fans Madden 13 gives you the option Tebowing which refers to when Tim kneels on one knee and prays.

Graphics 9/10
Multiplayer 9/10
Audio 8/10
Overall 10/10
