First Off dont listen to people who give you 10/10 there just being a kiss ups and barely know anything about Graphics.
ok so the first thing that i noticed is the Lightning dosent look like its going through the cloud its just like pasted there. as for the UFO the ray or whatever is not fully finished it should connect to the UFO i dont know if you missed it or you meant to do that but thats a problem for me. now the last thing i have a problem with is the cloud on the top right its cut off maybe try connecting it to the bus. As For The Pen-tooling Its Decent if you ask me but at least add windows on the buildings its just Lines And Dots. But on a good note you Do Have A Good Color Scheme :3
