Synopsis (in this case, Story):
Long ago, back in medieval times, an evil spirit known as Spooky had terrorized all of Pac-Land. In response to this, the great Wizard Pac created a potion that turned 5 ordinary fruit into the "Golden Fruit." A young knight called Sir Pac-alot fought and sealed Spooky underneath a large tree using the Golden Fruit, which were attached to the branches of the tree. In the present time late at night, Inky, Pinky, Blinky and Clyde sneak into the village and, in their mischief, pick the Golden Fruit off the tree in the center of town. Unfortunately, this has released Spooky from his prison. Spooky tells the ghosts to take the Golden Fruit and follow him if they wish to rid the land of the Pac-people forever. When Pac-Man awakes, he hears the news from Professor Pac about the Golden Fruit and Spooky, and sets off to defeat the ghosts and Spooky.

Gameplay:
In this game you play as Pac-Man of course; but instead of a flat blackboard with ghosts and fruit you play in a full 3D world, completing puzzles and fighting bosses. This game off the start is epic. I fell in love with it immediately. It starts off like Zelda in a way you can free roam; but you're heading in a direction to find your objective. At the spawn there are other houses and an arcade, where you can play the original pacman. Your main objective is to find 5 gold fruit. When I was younger, this was a little hard; but nowadays I could easily accomplish this. So this game is made for a younger audience. The world has different environments anything from flat land to snowy mountains. The game feels a lot like Zelda; but not so much that it seems like a copy. This game kept me going for many hours with new challenges and obstacles, and the occasional boss. The bosses aren't really that hard, they don't use any trick maneuvers; but they do have special attacks which can be a pain; but its easy to take them out. This game is great and a def buy if your on a low budget, I wish they would make a newer version for 360/PS3 or something. Also the soundtrack in this game is amazing, it really brings a exciting atmosphere to the game.

Graphics:
The graphics are okay, good for its time of 2002-2005. They had a good concept; but might of not nailed the detail. The game is a bit dark in the shadows or in a cave. The lighting is pretty bad the shadows are off; but none of this draws from the gameplay in my mind.

Controls:
The controls are quite basic. I don't really have any complaints, they are perfect for children with little hands, so I think they nailed them. I personally like them a lot, and are better than some platformer controls.
