In the first tutorial i will explaing to you all how you can put xex menu v.1.1 onto your jtag via USB

Tutorial One!!

How to get xex menu v.1.1 on a usb only!

You wil need four things!

1.USB Drive

2.Xex menu 1.1

3.A jtagged console

4.Party Buffalo Drive Explorer

Xex menu v1.1

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Step 1!
Configure USB to Xbox360 settings

Connect your USB drive to your console.
Go over to System Settings and then down to memory.
A USB drive should appear.
Select it and it will ask you if you would like to configure it.
Select Configure Now.

Step 2!
Creating folders

In this step we will be creating the content folder for your xbox saves.

1st. Create a new folder on your computer desktop called "Content"
2nd. Inside "Content" you will create a folder called "0000000000000000"

Step 3!
Injecting Xex Menu to 16 0's folder

After you've successfully downloaded Xex Menu 1.1, you want to open up the .rar

Open up the live folder and you'll see a folder called "C0DE9999" ; You want to put that folder inside the 16 0's folder.

Step 4!
Party Buffalo!

Step 4.1 - Finding your drive
Now were going to open up Party Buffalo and find our USB drive. (Go to File>Open>Open Device Selector)

Step 4.2 - Injecting "Content" folder
Once your drive is successfully open, you will be presented with cache partition and data partition. Click Data Partition

Once Data Partition is open, you will right click in the free space (as shown) and select "Inject Folder"

Browse and select your "Content" folder and inject it to your "Data Partition" folder.

Once it's completely done injecting close out of Party Buffalo and remove your USB. Plug USB into JTAG and page to game library and you now have Xex Menu on your JTAG with a USB!!

Tutorial Two!!

How to upgrade your fan in your jtag so you wont get red rings of death!!!!

Supplies:

Hidden:
Torx T-10 screwdriver
30awg or cat-5 ethernet wire
wire cutters
wire strippers
wire connecters

Step 1:
Acquire a xbox 360 with a fan!

Step 2:
Then take apart the xbox 360 with a TORX T-10 Screwdriver!

Step 3:
Take out the DVD drive and the fan and you will also need to take out the SATA cable and other cable to the DVD drive!

Step 4:
Get you Fan and find the brown and red wires (don't touch the blue and black they are just grounds) and snip the red and brown wires about a inch above the plastic connector and strip both ends of the wires!

Step 5:
Take the two wires that you just cut(brown and red wires) and twist them together and put a wire connector or solder them together!

Step 6:
Now take your DVD drives sata cable ( the wire with the white connectors) and cut the bottom right wire and strip it (Look at the picture) and then take the two ends and twist them together just like you did with the fan and add a wire connector or solder them together!

Step 7:
Then get a peice of 30awg wire or cat-5 ethernet wire and strip the ends and put one end in the wire connectors on the fan and the other end of the wire into the wire connector on the sata cable!

Tutorial three!!

How to get DLC on a jtag!

Things you will need!

A JTAG'd Xbox 360

Yaris Swap

The DLC you want

FlashFXP

An HDD or USB drive.

1. Download your DLC that you want to put on your JTAG'd console. If it is in a RAR or ZIP then make sure to extract the folders/files inside.

2. Open Yaris Swap.

3. Click the 'Go To Folder' button. Navigate to whatever folder you put your DLC that you downloaded in. Now that you opened your folder your DLC should show up in Yaris Swap. It should tell you the path that the DLC is located in, the name of the DLC, the console ID of the Xbox that it came from, the original directory that it needs to be in on your HDD of your Xbox, and the XUID.

4. Now highlight your DLC in Yaris Swap and click the button that says 'Hex mod/Yaris Swap' or 'Hex mod - Yaris Swap' (depending on your version of Yaris Swap it will say different things). A message should pop up and now you have successfully removed the license that was attached to the DLC. Now we just have to put it on our HDD.

5(optional depending on your situation). Your DLC that you downloaded may or may not have come inside the folder that tells you what directory to put your DLC in. No need to panic if it doesn't tell you where to put the DLC. If you don't have the folders, then look at the DLC in Yaris Swap and look under the 'Original Directory' category. In the image that I posted the first directory is "58580823". So I would make that folder and then inside that folder I would make another folder called "00009000" and then inside that I would put the DLC that I downloaded.

6. Now turn your Xbox on with your HDD plugged into it. Then go to your system settings and see what your
console's IP is. Remember or write down that IP. Then boot into XeXmenu and just stay in XeXmenu for the time being. Now on your computer open FlashFXP. Click the lightning bult on the top right-ish. A drop down menu will appear, click "Quick Connect". You server or URL is the IP that I told you to write down before. Your username and password are both "xbox" without quotes.

7. You should now be connected to your Xbox 360 hardrive. Navigate to HDD1>Content>0000000000000. This is where all of your DLC will be stored. On the left side of FlashFXP find your folder where you put your DLC. In my situation it would be the "58580823" folder. Right click on that folder and click 'transfer'. It should then start transferring to your 0000000000000000 folder.

8. Once the file is done transferring, then go on your JTAG and load whatever game the DLC is for. The DLC should then show up wherever it is supposed to.

Tutorial four!!!

How to change your jtag patches!

Okay well first of there are two requirements you well need

number 1. A usb drive {memory pen}
number 2. A patch_mp from your computers desktop.

In this tutorial i will be showing you HOW I DO IT.

Okay first of if you reach the two requriments above you are going to want to plug ur usb drive into your computer then find your patch and drag it on to your usb drive.

1.Then next you are going to want to go over to your jtagged console and turn it on.

2. Then go to your usb and highlight the patch_mp.

3. After you have highlighted your patch_mp. press the y button on your controller and go down to copy.

4. Once you have copyied the the patch there should be a thing in the top part of the screen that says USB/COPY/patch_mp.

5.When that has appeared on your screen then you know for sure you have copyied that patch.

6. When you have completed that you will click RB untill you find HDD1.

7. You will now want to go to games and find the mw2 folder and paste the patch_mp.

8. If it comes up destination already excists don't worry its okay.

9. After you have completed that you will then want to go to your default_mp.xex which is located in your mw2 folder once you have located it you want to click on it.

10. It should bring you to the multiplayer screen and your done have fun testing patches or changing them when you want.

And would just like to add and share with you's all a few patches and modding tools!!!

I think this should be stickied! This post rocks!

REQUEST: When it says "Tutorial One" for example, make it say what it is under that such as "12v Fan Mod" or whatever the tutorial is!

Just my opinion! Great post

Keep it up.
