I recently updated my dashboard to the newest dashboard and I ran it through XeBuild and Simply360 and everything was fine and it completed with no errors. I then put it on my HDD and it rebooted my Xbox. I then turned it back on and it gave me error E 71. I read about it might be a bad plugin but I tested it and it wasn't. I believe it's my NAND. I can't boot into XELL. Someone help!

if xell is not booting up, then you will have to solder a nand x to the xbox to write a working nand to the console. sounds like the nand became corrupted..
