I bought 4 different KVs from 4 different people and I used the checker to make sure they were not banned and as soon as I put it onto the xbox I got banned instantly with all 4, tried different servers but still does it, anyone know how to fix this?

Run the KV's back through a Kv Checker after you see that it's banned, incase it's pulling your retail KV instead of the brand new KV, also list the server you're attempting to use, may be a really dodgy Server or their shared KVs

are you sure you are putting them on right? Since unless you try to go online without a server i cant see how you would be getting an insta ban every time

Use a paid server if you want to last, like xbOnline or NiNJA
Leave livestrong and liveblock enabled

I ran them through kv checker after I got message saying I'm banned and it also said they are banned on there, with 1 KV i got online (kinda) everything loaded up on dashboard but when i loaded game up and got message saying account was banned, i made a new account and as soon as i signed into it i was already console banned again

Most likely they aren't actually flashing to your console, have you got your server plugin set up correctly, or is it definitely KV.bin and not KV.bin.bin due to hidden file extensions? Microsoft removed instant banning back in 2012 due to failed security challenges as innocent people were being banned, so most likely your Keyvaults aren't actually banned, they're just not registering.
You may also need to clear your system cache after putting a new one on then restarting to see if that fixes it.

another cause of this would be if you have the incorrect cpukey.bin or cpukey.txt on your hdd.
a lot of people think you need to add the kv.bin and the matching cpu key from that kv.bin to the hdd. but in reality some servers will check that cpukey.bin and if the cpukey doesnt match your consoles cpu key then you could receive instant bans until you fix that red flag in the system
best way to handle this would be to just delete any cpukey.bin/cpukey.txt off the hdd then the server you plan on using will auto create the right file and place it correctly on the hdd.
