The people at sainsbury were awesome but the management at asda are awful, ive been working for them for 6 months and still haven't received a uniform, haven't helped me book holiday, expected me to work while throwing up and didnt let me have a single day off for a wedding despite not taking any holiday since I started. since asda are taking over sainsbury its going to go down hill. managers and team leaders are leaving the sainsbury I worked at because of this.... dont fall into the trap my man

Do what you think is best for you man, they both have there pros and cons reading what you have told us, have you made a decision yet on what you are doing?

Sainsburys sounds cool because you get evenings off to spend with the family/gf but then will it be as enjoyable as your current job

I would go for the Sainsbury's job, spend more time with the family and try not to get fired.

In my opinion, do what your happier doing. If being with family and having day shifts is what you'd rather do and makes you happy, I'd go with that!

I'd keep the current job and try and see where that takes you.

I know a couple people who do deliveries for Amazon and other companies and they hate it. They don't get treated well at all and spend most of the week away from family (some deliveries take them across the country), plus nobody enjoys being behind a wheel all day every day.

The current job, in my eyes would open more doors and provide better opportunities.
