For gaining muscle just get yourself so protein and makes so protein shakes.

Energy I use pre work out personally thats why I think is best.

Strength is something you need to personally work on imo.

Now on supplements you can choose your own favorite brand personally I like and recommend Body Fortress. Always be sure to take no more then the serving size. Have any other concerns shoot me a PM.

Whey protein is probably the most important supplement. It's a really easy and cheap way to hit your protein targets if you haven't got time to make food or you've run out.

Creatine pulls ATP into your muscles and gives them a fuller look, one of the very few supplements that actually has a cosmetic effect. It also gives your muscles more energy to work with.

Caffeine is a stimulant that makes your heart beat faster and as a result gives you much more energy, it's very addictive though but it's also extremely effective.

Lastly beta alanine decreases muscular fatigue, probably only needed if you're in a serious caloric deficit and working out 4-5 days a week but still useful.

These are the main four IMO, definitely get whey protein and creatine though. The others are just optional.

To be honest, these wont have a dramatic effect on your strength or size. They're just supplements to your diet, you'd need PEDs, pro-hormones or steroids to give you increased strength or muscle size.

I have personal bought a supplement stack from this website. I have noticed a lot of changes regarding muscle mass and strength. Make sure you do your research on all of these products to make sure they'll work for you.
