Liveblock and Livestrong keep being disabled by dashlaunch even though i enabled them

Make sure you don't have another launch.ini on your hard drive or USB, if you have a USB plugged in it will always take priority over the hard drive.
edit: with XbOnline I'm pretty sure you're supposed to leave them enabled and they disabled automatically
