It would have been decent 4 / 5 years ago?

It'll do what you need it to do defo, but it's a little outdated.

If that's your current PC, you have nothing to worry about. If you're thinking of buying that PC, then be worried.

What if it's 100$ worth it or not?

You'll be updating things in it to make it fun newer games if that's what you're thinking. I wouldn't bother.

If you already have this, get a new graphics card and SSD and you'll be in good shape for all current games. The CPU is a 4690 or 4690K, which is still very good.

If you're looking to BUY this, you should pass.

CPU is still plenty fine for sure. 250GB HDD is pretty funny, I'd definitely be adding a 120-250GB SSD. HD7750 is ancient, and low end so it won't do a whole lot of gaming, but will be plenty adequate for streaming from Xbox. The HD7750 will let you play Fortnite but you might want to invest another $100 or so for a used GTX 960.
