Hey axios, is there any way to animate the desktop background in order to make it change colors or something like that?

yes.

download the picture, go into photoshop, add a hue, make multiple colors of it, save them, make a slideshow for your desktop of backgrounds, proft?

thats the closest ur gonna get because u cant get a gif as ur wallpaper or anything.
