How do i extract them in horizon ?

Download Horizon modding tool.
Drag the file into it
You'll see an option that says Extract.
Select Extract All, once extracted carry on /w video.

If it's password protected you need to get the password first ( it'll be on the page you downloaded it from ) Extract it from the winrar ( /w the password ) Drag whatever is inside onto Horizon, unless it's actual files.

yes the game is in parts etc part 1 part 2 and so on just extract them seperateinto one folder, makea folder on your desktop

i never used horizon for this, and you take your mouse, drag over all of the files you just downloaded then right click all of them and you will see extract to specific folder, or something similar to that. then you will need to create a folder called gta and extract to that folder, thats it..

Also those games are all uploaded in spanish just fyi

You need to use utorrent to extract anyone of those files.
