Yes from my personal experience using supplements do work, and can get you bigger quicker. Creatine is the most powerful supplement that is scientifically proven to work, and i will take it every day for when im body building. However Creatine does not work for everyone, it just depends on your genetics. But it is worth trying out and see if you see a difference in a few months time, just remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day. As i said in my video, i have done bodybuilding, working out 5 days a week for 6 months without any supplements, but was still on a good diet, and i did 6 months using my supplements, and yes! i did see a huge difference. Now i am not saying you need supplements to get Hench asf, however it will speed up the process, and using Creatine you will see some mad gains, with a very good diet. Remember do not replace food with a supplement, supplements are just an extra to help supplement your body. Creatine is found in food, however you will not get nearly enough Creatine from food, so thats where a simple Creatine supplement will help you get some gains. As i said you can get big with just a good diet and training hard, you dont need supplements, but they do help you with your gains. There was body builders in the 1800s that didn't even know what Creatine or protein was lol, so yes its possible to get gains without them, but taking supplements will speed up the process. I am not a professional at this stuff at all, but i have done alot of research on body building and have been doing it on and off for the last 10 years, so i know what has work and what has not worked. Remember everyone is different so some supplemnt may not work as well as it has worked with me or other people taking them. My point is why not try it out?

Disclaimer

Before you consider taking any supplements please do your research on them before hand and even check with your doctor. At least wait to your about 20 years old before you jump on the Creatine, as theirs no point taking it at a young age as your body has not fully developed and could be dangerous. That just my opinion on the matter.

My brother in law takes supplements while working out and he's noticing a big difference in his muscle gain.

Very exaggerated, in reality creatine won't get you big and it is a very weak supliment. Don't get me wrong creatine works but yeah

Please don't spread false information. Creatine does indeed allow your muscle to soak up water, however it's not going to "make you look bigger" bout 95% of the body's creatine is stored in muscles, in the form of phosphocreatine, This is a form of stored energy in the cells, as it helps your body produce more of a high-energy molecule called ATP.

it prevents muscle fatigue, therefore you will be able to push yourself further with more reps/weight.



However Nothing beats hard work ethic, genetics, and a proper diet. I don't take any creatine as it upsets my stomach and I've done just fine without it.
