You might need to make a recovery USB with another computer.

Had the same issue this week. I ended up just re-installing win-10.

You will have to create a bootable USB, DVD or external hard drive from another computer.

Looks like your boot records may have been corrupt in your BIOS or you just ended up not fully resetting your PC.

Sorry if I don't make sense as I'm not good with this stuff.

Yesterday I was resetting my Pc when if all a sudden it rebooted then turned off.

It loaded up some text along the lines of 'F2 for something something' and then it skips to a blank screen where I can move my mouse but Then it disappears. Could someone link me something to fix it? I own a USB stick and my brother owns another PC.

200+ to whoever can help me.

Click on that F2, or F12, or whatever button it says to enter the BIOS then find the option to recover your BIOS from when it wasn't corrupted.

It would help if you told us what kind of computer you have so we can look up the BIOS and guide you through it

Couldn't be simpler. Download, run, pick the thing you want. Install. 1 fixed pc.

So I made a recovery USB, it loads up fine to the point where it says 'Welcome ?????' Preparing windows.

Then after that it stays on a blank screen where I can move / see my mouse but the screen is just black.
