I need help getting a video from my iPhone 6 to my PC... I can't use itunes, as it's my work phone and connected with some company account that I don't have access to.

Im plugging it in to my computers USB port, but it's not showing in the devices window?

Here are a few possible solutions: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

If you see the device listed as a portable device under my computer you should be able to double click to explore it if the device is unlocked.

Alternatively you could download google drive and link your gmail account then upload the video to the drive (cloud storage service) and retrieve it on your PC. I use this method a lot for my android device.

It normally opens a window asking for access but it's not doing that now.

Plug it in your PC, it should give you a pop up on your phone asking for permission. Go to "File explorer" and it should be in the left scroll box.

IF it doesn't connect. Check the USB port you are using, maybe it's damaged.

My PC is making the audio signal, confirming a device was connected. But, I'm not getting the option to allow access, which normally comes up. Not sure why it's not now?

Try doing a hard restart on your phone. Hold the power button and the home button at the same time and then reboot it.

Do you see the option for the phone in your devices?

I finally got it to ask if I want to 'Trust this computer' and I clicked yes. But it still didn't appear in my devices...?
