Lone wrote Aldo wouldnt even look at McGregor when in the middle of the ring, he was nervous from the beginning. However am i the only one who thinks although he put Aldo into knock out it wasnt all that great of a punch? i mean its not like it was a solid jaw breaker?

Precision > Power. Does anyone know anything about fighting? Haha...

I'm glad McGregor won, but it still looked buy ed, Aldo was the favorite and Conor was the underdog ( on the bettings). Glad I didn't paid for the PPV just to last the main event for 13 seconds.

I Was kind of annoyed when the fight ended so quickly because i stayed up till 6am to watch it, McGregor deserved the win though, yet another persons streak broken.

I feel the same way. I feel like they both will win their belts back.

Coming from an Aldo fan, congrats to McGregor. Great competitor, everything worked out for him in this fight and he capitalized on a crucial error by Aldo.
I'm not a big fan of his persona, but I give credit where it is due.
He talks the talk, and he walks the walk.
I'm excited for his Frankie match-up, but I'm even more hopeful that he decides to move up to lightweight.
I'm happy that Aldo is finally relieved of the pressure of being a champion, and can relax for a little bit before getting back in there.

As for Rockhold v. Weidman, it was so nice to see Weidman get bullied. Herb really blew that stoppage, though.

I was routing for Aldo as well, I just wasn't convinced, but damn! 13 seconds. Honestly it's surreal to see what McGregor has done, he's the biggest draw, and knocks out every opponent. He's the face of the UFC, bigger than Lesnar, Rousey, and everyone else ever was. Dude has an entire nation behind him.

I really wanted Weidman to win, he's been my guy. Rockhold dominated though, that was hard to see. Great win on his part, though.

learned a thing or two by going to a very ghetto middle school years ago, it's not always the perfect hit that knocks someone out or anything, it can certainly be the most unintentional hit that wasn't supposed to be landed.

On Bet365 Conor was the favourite until the night before the fight.

I know they will eventually, they're both great fighters.
