This tutorial is how to a way to fix Christmas Lights or known as Red Ring of Death from a Bad KV.

When you boot up your Jtag it should have red lights, and this should fix most of your problems.

Flash 360 (Only if you don't have your nand)

360 Flash Tool (Only if you don't have your nand)

To fix this you will need.....

USB Flash Drive
Original Nand

1. Plug your USB Flash Drive into your computer.

2. Get your original nand (Which is name flashdmp.bin) and rename it updflash.bin

5. Wait for about 1 min or 2 once into Xell. (If it says finding USB let it go and go to step 8.)

6. Then UNPLUG your Jtag with the Power Cord for 30 seconds.

7. Then plug your Power Cord back in the jtag, boot into Xell and it should say updating.... let it update until its complete

8. Then once it is done updating turn the console off with the POWER BUTTON

9. Then turn the console back on with the POWER BUTTON and it should start back up normal with NO Red Rings or Christmas Lights.

At that point you're going to have to manually reflash the nand. It would probably be easier for you to send it to someone with experience doing this type of thing and get the to flash your nand for you. Check out the Xbox 360 Marketplace forum on this site. There are quite a few people with plenty of experience who would be more than happy to help you out, they do charge for their services so be prepared to pay a little money to get it fixed.

Thanks for responding and it is quite difficult to do on your own. It's worth the money to send it in professionally.
