Like I said above, I feel that we are fine for staff just now so I don't really see an announcement anytime soon, sorry!

If we were going to give people power over the shoutbox, we would simply edit the Sectional Moderators permissions to allow them to powers over the shoutbox also. It's easier to use people we already trust than find new people who could screw up. We have a huge range of Globals/Admins and I feel that they are more than enough. Just because staff are "away" doesn't mean they aren't actually there, ontop of that there is ninja staff that lurk and monitor the shoutbox to make sure everything.

I don't see it happening.

2 - The funny thing is, it wasn't me that gave Erin any badges. To save the person that did from being spammed being asked for a badge I won't say who did it. Her having badges isn't any big deal though and people blow it completely out of proportion.

Yes, we have to reward the people that dedicate their time and effort to helping out the site somehow. (Some still choose to pay to continue supporting the site however)

Being able to sort out most messes that happen on the site. I don't know everything and i'd be stupid to claim that I do, but I do what I can to help people out as much as possible. I can almost instantly detect if a topic is breaking the rules and because I am staff I can easily deal with that.

Also being able to do community events, that's a great part of being staff. We don't run too many, but when we do we put a lot of thought/effort into it.

Honestly, I think you are much better than what you used to be. You used to screw around all the time and harrass multiple members for nothing more than attention seeking (what I felt) and I feel that you have improved dramatically from what you used to be. I still believe that you are a member just like everyone else, so you are subject to exactly the same punishments that another member would recieve for anything you might do which can be considered against the rules.

I just hope you continue to improve your attidute and grow into a better member. You should always be striving to give a good example to the other members on here and show them what they can achieve as long as they become involved and follow the rules.

I'm a Protestant (Christian) although much of my life I have spent not worrying about religion as I like to focus more on my life and how it is just now to make sure I have a worthwhile, enjoyable and meaningfull life before worrying about what may or may not be in the future for me. Religion to me brings too much drama and I just feel that you should treat someone politely as you would wish to be treated yourself. Take for example the discrimination that gay's are recieving just now - So what if you are gay, as long as you have self respect, enjoy yourself and treat everyone else without hate/drama or go around picking fights with people then it shouldn't matter. Racism is another huge thing that just shouldn't exist or be an issue at all. There is much more to worry about in life than someones Race/Gender/Sexuality or Religion.
