Okay, So i want to restore my Windows PC to factory default. And i was wondering if there was a way to save my Steam games so i wont have to reinstall them after i restor the PC.

When you download steam again it will still have your games because it is your steam account not your computer account.

I know this because when I switched over to a Mac, I still had my steam games from my PC. All I did was download steam again and put in my information and all my games were available to download again.

What I would do is backup all your data for your Steam and anything before you restore it.
