Description - Unlock every lockbox in Central.

If you didn't already know Central is the area at the top right of your minimap. To get the lockboxes to appear on the map you must date Ilyana, a character you meet later in the game. Then all the lockboxes will appear. Lockboxes are usually surrounded by a group of thugs which you have to take out. Sometimes you have to do a puzzle to open involving a combination lock which you must twist until you have landed on the number.
There is also a hidden lockbox in the Victoria Peak area due to it being placed right under the words.
